The pan flute (also known as panpipes or syrinx) is a musical instrument consisting of multiple pipes of gradually increasing length. It has been popular as a folk instrument throughout the world, but unfortunately it has also become synonymous with the worst type of muzak. I do have a concerto

Zamfir. It is played by the composer with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo under Lawrence Foster on Philips.
